- Campus & Location Information: Your selected campus and approximate location to help show nearby lodges and improve recommendations.
- Reservation & Payment Information: Booking details, transaction references, and payment status. Full card details are processed securely by Paystack and are never stored on Nnekkie servers.
- Device Information: Basic device and notification information used to improve security, app performance, and notifications.
- Usage Information: Information about how you interact with the app, including searches, pages viewed, and features used.

We use information collected on Nnekkie to make the platform simpler, safer, and more useful for students and property providers.

- With Agents & Lodge Owners: Certain reservation details and contact information may be shared after a booking is made to help facilitate move-in.
- With Payment Providers: Payment providers like Paystack process transactions securely on our behalf.
- With Service Providers: Services such as Firebase, notification providers, analytics tools, and mapping services may process information required to support app functionality.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information where required by law or to help protect the safety and integrity of the platform.
4. Biometric Login
If you choose to enable biometric login, your fingerprint or facial authentication is handled directly by your device.
Nnekkie does not access, collect, or store your biometric information.
